返金ポリシー

Returns 

 

 

All sales are final.

• buyer is responsible for reading the description and knowing your measurement to be sure that piece will fit you before placing an order.

• please refer carefully to the pictures, videos, and measurements  I provide in the descriptions.

• musubi is a small project run by one individual human and each piece is one of a kind so very hard to accept a return easily as a big Fortune company does. instead of that, all I can do is try so hard to make videos and pictures in the hope you can imagine the details of the piece and be sure your fit and truly want or not before purchasing. Hope you understand.

• If for any reason the item won't make you happy contact me as soon as possible within a week of your order being delivered. We'll talk and find a solution together.

 

• In case of after discussion decided the returns. return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Return using trackable shipping only. please pack it in an original way to that it will not be damaged during transportation. the item must be unworn, and unwashed. same condition as I shipped. When I receive the package I will check it and start the refund process. musubi is not accepted for exchange.

 

返品　返金ポリシー

◦ musubiの商品は返品交換はしておりません。かならず商品ページの説明を読み、サイズについて分からない事があれば、質問をください。ご購入者様には、購入前に説明文を読み、商品の詳細とサイズについて理解し、わからない事があれば質問する責任があります。

◦ musubi が使用している素材は古い布を中心にしています。目立った汚れがついているものは使用しませんが、目立たない小さなシミや針の穴などある場合があります。素材の特性になりますのでご理解の上ご購入ください。

◦ musubiはひとりで運営しているいるちいさな活動です。一点ものの作品を手作りしています。大きな企業のように、返品を簡単にできるシステムを行うことは非常にむずかしいです。そのかわり、ビデオや写真、商品説明を工夫してつくり、ご購入者様が、ご購入前に本当に欲しいものかどうか、サイズは合うのか、イメージしていただけるように努めています。ご理解いただけたら幸いです。

◦ それでも何かの理由で返品されたい場合は商品を受け取ってから7日以内にご連絡をください。お話させていただきどうしたら良いか一緒に考えさせていただきます。

◦ 話し合いの上返品されることが決まった場合返品送料はご購入者様負担になります。追跡可能な方法で返品をしてください。梱包は輸送中にダメージを負わないよう元のようにしてお送りください。商品は未使用で洗濯しておらず発送した時と同じ状態であることが必要です。この条件を満たさない場合返品はできません。返品された商品を受け取り次第商品の状況を確認して条件を満たしていた場合返金プロセスに入らせていただきます。返金されるまでの日数はお支払い会社により異なります。
