All sales are final.

 

• buyer is responsible for reading the description and knowing your measurement to be sure that piece will fit you before placing an order.

 

• please refer carefully to the pictures, videos, and measurements  I provide in the descriptions.

 

• musubi is a small project run by one individual human and each piece is one of a kind so very hard to accept a return easily as a big Fortune company does. instead of that, all I can do is try so hard to make videos, pictures, descriptions  in the hope you can imagine the details of the piece and be sure your fit and truly want or not before purchasing. Hope you understand.

 

• If for any reason the item won't make you happy contact me as soon as possible within a week of your order being delivered. We'll talk and find a solution together.

 

 

• In case of after discussion decided the returns. return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Return using trackable shipping only. please pack it in an original way to that it will not be damaged during transportation. the item must be unworn, and unwashed. same condition as I shipped. When I receive the package I will check it and start the refund process. musubi is not accepted for exchange.
